• Connected integrations: Content, messages, contacts, and calendar schedules from external tools you connect (e.g., Google Workspace, Twitter/X, Paystack, WhatsApp) that you authorize Aeon to access.
• Inquiry and feedback submissions: Details submitted through forms, contact inquiries, or support requests.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and provide the core functions of Aeon and its autonomous agents.
• Decompose, plan, and persistently execute the specific tasks and outcomes you request.
• Preserve context and memory across days so your agent recognizes your preferences.
• Communicate with you regarding task completions, approval requests, and security alerts.
• Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and system misuse.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage tokens strictly to preserve authentication sessions, remember UI theme preferences (light/dark mode), and maintain real-time socket connections with agent execution harnesses. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.

4. How We Share Information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with trusted cloud infrastructure providers (such as hosting, serverless compute, and database storage) bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements, or when required by enforceable law or court order.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You may delete individual sessions, memory vaults, or your entire account at any time. We implement TLS encryption for all traffic in transit, encrypted storage for integration tokens, and granular permission access controls.

6. Agent Permissions and AI Model Policy

Aeon agents operate strictly within the permission scopes you grant. All autonomous actions are audited and visible in your workspace. We do not use your private user prompts, connected account contents, or personal work history to train public foundation AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and export: You may request a machine-readable export of your personal data and agent memory history.
• Correction and deletion: You can update inaccurate records or request permanent deletion of your data.
• Revocation of access: You can disconnect any connected integration at any moment via your settings.

8. Children

Aeon is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
