Aeon is an autonomous personal super-agent platform designed to help individuals and teams achieve real outcomes in everyday life and business. Aeon can plan, decompose goals, and autonomously execute multi-step workflows across integrated tools with appropriate permission checks. We continuously evolve, update, and improve the platform.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, compromise, or breach of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Aeon to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Conduct fraudulent schemes, financial impersonation, or unauthorized phishing.
• Generate, distribute, or automate malicious software, exploits, or cyber-attacks.
• Circumvent safety filters, agent guardrails, or system quotas.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Autonomous Actions & Human Oversight

AI agents operate under probabilistic models and can occasionally generate inaccurate outputs or encounter external API failures. You are responsible for reviewing critical, legally binding, or financial decisions before execution. Aeon prompts for approval prior to irreversible actions (such as high-value money transfers or bulk emails), and you retain ultimate responsibility for approved actions.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party platforms (e.g. Gmail, Twitter/X, Paystack, WhatsApp), you grant Aeon permission to access and manipulate data within the bounds of granted scopes. Your usage of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and service agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, interface designs, codebases, and Aeon logos are the intellectual property of Aeon and its licensors. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the content, instructions, and personal files you provide to your agent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Aeon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aeon and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, or engage in unlawful conduct.

10. Changes and Contact
